The St Anne's team are looking forward to welcoming an additional full-time Registered Veterinary Nurse to our 16-strong nursing team. This position is a fixed-term 1-year contract to provide maternity leave cover, though the potential for permanent work will be explored. Ideally, our new joiner will work 40 hours per week over 4 days, though a 5 day schedule can be discussed if preferred.

We are seeking someone enthusiastic and efficient whom enjoys working in a large team with a busy and interesting caseload. A perfect fit for our team will always be our first priority and we are therefore equally happy to provide support to an RVN just starting out in their career or an experienced RVN seeking a new role. Our RVN's rotate around all areas of practice: anaesthesia, laboratory, wards and our ever-growing consulting roles.

Our RVN's enjoy a particularly practical role and we are lucky to be supported by a team of Patient Care Assistants to allow us to concentrate on working to the top of our capabilities. Patients are monitored by dedicated nurses around the clock and multi-parameter monitoring is implemented for all surgical patients, allowing us to provide an exceptional standard of care. By night, our patients remain hospitalised on-site under the care of Vets Now. This results in 24hr care whilst limiting the need for any out-of-hours work.
