Job Title: Registered veterinary nurse
Reporting to: Group Nursing Manager
Location: Parkhill Wetherby
Salary:£28,000 per annum
Hours: Permanent, 40 hours per week over 5 days , shifts are 8am -5pm , 9am-6pm or 9.30am-6.30pm with 1 in 5 Saturday mornings
The Parkhill team are looking for an extra RVN to join the team. We are a super friendly team and we all work extremely well together to ensure we provide exceptional patient and client care.
The role will require working your fair share of recovery, surgical, dental, consults and dispensary with a fair rotation in all areas.

About us
Parkhill Vets is a vibrant, progressive-thinking, tier 2, 100% SA practice situated in an idyllic rural setting just on the outskirts of the lovely market town of Wetherby. Wetherby is situated in the 'golden triangle' of Yorkshire with easy access to Leeds, York and Harrogate. A 15-minute drive gets you to each one with all its amenities and attractions.
The practice was purpose built and completed in March 2012 and provides an excellent place to come to work with ample free staff parking. We have a small paddock to the rear of the practice where we sit and sunbathe in the summer during breaks. Our more athletic members of staff frequently go for runs or bike rides in the vicinity of the practice or take a more leisurely stroll on a dog walk on some of the nearby tracks and trails.
Our nursing team is excellent with a range of skills to augment those of our vets. We are a nurse training practice as well.

You’ll be surrounded by highly experienced RVN’s who are all are passionate about delivering exceptional clinical and client care in a friendly and collaborative environment. Within our vet team we have a range of skills. As a team, we’re all committed to the pursuit of clinical excellence, we share ideas and support each other to develop comprehensive and innovative solutions that truly deliver the best care for our patients. We work hard to ensure rotas and schedules are balanced and fair, giving you the time you need between cases and to genuinely have a work/life balance.
